The OUR is holding 3 drop-in sessions for Fall 2023 Symposium presenters to receive feedback on their presentation materials prior to the submission deadline (October 18):
- Wednesday, October 11, from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM in Eads Hall, room 207
- Thursday, October 12, from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM in Cupples Hall I, room 207
- Monday, October 16, from 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM, in Simon Hall, room 020
Both poster and oral presenters are welcome to attend and discuss their materials with OUR staff. If you plan to participate in a session, please RSVP via the link below.
