The University of Wisconsin-Madison Cellular and Molecular Biology of Stress Summer Research Program is now accepting applications for Summer 2026! They are looking for undergraduate students who are interested in an immersive, 10-week faculty-led research experience to prepare for their graduate education and research career. Students will engage in research to explore the intricate mechanisms by which organisms respond and adapt to environmental challenges. They have a wide array of projects across scales of research from molecular to ecological work.

There is no cost for program participation. Students will receive a generous stipend, meal plan, round-trip travel to Madison, WI, housing, health insurance costs. Students will also have access to campus libraries, resources, and facilities.
