Applications are now open for the 2026 Robert Louis Katz and Manne Research Institute Summer Scholars Program, offered through Stanley Manne Children’s Research Institute at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
This program offers undergraduate students the chance to gain a paid, hands-on research experience focused on childhood health and disease. Over the course of eight weeks, students will work closely with a faculty mentor and their research team at Stanley Manne Children's Research Institute, located in the heart of Chicago. Summer scholars will also attend weekly educational seminars focused on preparing scientific presentations and receive career development guidance.
