The Consortium will take place at the University of Chicago on November 3-4, 2023.
This meeting is a gathering of undergraduate researchers from the schools engaged in the Midstates Consortium for Math and Science, and the host alternates between Washington University in St. Louis and University of Chicago. Student expenses (travel, meals and accommodation) are covered by the consortium for successful applicants that attend the meeting, and the meeting is a great opportunity for our undergraduates to experience first-hand how to present scientific research to a wider audience.
The application deadline is Saturday, September 30, 2023. Undergraduate researchers interested in attending should submit an application by the deadline. Notifications to students that have been accepted will be made by mid-October.
