APSA Midwest Regional Meeting

The American Physician Scientists Association (APSA) has an upcoming Midwest Regional meeting at SLU on October 14th

The American Physician Scientists Association (APSA) is a national organization dedicated to addressing the needs of future physician-scientists with respect to their training and career development. APSA has an upcoming Midwest Regional meeting that is being hosted by the Saint Louis University's MD/PhD program on October 14th.

Presently, APSA hosts six regional meetings across the United States throughout the year and one annual meeting, hosted jointly between AAP/ASCI/APSA. The regional and annual meetings are a valuable space for APSA to increase undergraduate representation in the physician-scientist career track. Attending these offers pre-doctoral students a valuable opportunity to interact with numerous physician-scientists and physician-scientist trainees who are all in different stages of their research and clinical journeys. This is a fantastic opportunity for any pre-medical students who presently do scientific research or are interested in research.

More information is available on the SLU APSA webpage, and free registration is now open.
